REPLY AUTOMATION
Set the rules. Keep the ability to step in.
Choose how eligible comments are handled, review the results and pause automatic activity when you need to.
“We sincerely appreciate your valued inquiry.”
“Thanks for asking! Happy to help.”
One submission guides future repliesYour voice. Your rules. Your control.
01 / REPLY AUTOMATION
Begin with review.
Connect an eligible account, add approved information and inspect a sample of drafts. That gives you a chance to correct the tone and spot missing facts before switching on automatic replies.
02 / REPLY AUTOMATION
Handle familiar patterns consistently.
Create account rules for supported comment triggers, including exact phrases or text matches. Choose the available action and whether a reply should stay in review. Test a sample comment to see which rule would match before saving it.
03 / REPLY AUTOMATION
Pacing and review still matter.
Automatic activity remains subject to account setup, platform permissions, limits, moderation and duplicate checks. A configured rule does not override those controls. Keep the schedule and status in view and investigate failures instead of assuming every attempted action succeeded.
04 / REPLY AUTOMATION
Keep public replies and private messages separate.
Current plans cover Facebook and Instagram comments. Automatic direct-message replies and keyword-to-DM rules are not available. TikTok scheduled replies are not enabled.
Can I pause automatic replies?
Yes. Reply automation can be paused independently of moderation. Review the account’s current status before changing either.
Does testing a rule send a reply?
No. The trigger test shows which rule would match. It does not generate or send a live reply.
Can I set a rule to send someone a DM?
No. Keyword-to-DM rules and automatic DM replies are not available.
