Your voice. Your rules. Your control.

01 / TEMPORARY CAMPAIGNS

One destination, a clear reason to share it.

Add the campaign name and link, then explain which comments it belongs in. Specific context helps the agent decide whether the destination is useful. A weather explainer might fit a question about storms; a newsletter signup might fit someone asking how to follow future updates.

02 / TEMPORARY CAMPAIGNS

Choose when it starts and stops.

Set campaign dates so the extra instructions apply during the active period. Pause a campaign when plans change. When the end time passes, that campaign’s guidance stops being used for new replies.

03 / TEMPORARY CAMPAIGNS

Make it feel like part of the conversation.

The link should support the answer. Write relevance instructions that tell the agent when to include it and when to leave it out. Check sample replies so the promotion does not overpower the useful information.

  • A new YouTube video answering a common question.
  • A newsletter signup for people asking for updates.
  • An event registration page for relevant local questions.
  • A product guide that helps someone choose.

Review the link before it goes out.

Replies that contain a campaign link are held for review before posting. Check the wording and destination, then approve the reply. The campaign guides comment responses; your existing website or email service handles what happens after someone clicks. Posted replies remain public after the campaign ends.

Good questions.

What to know before you begin.

Ask us
Does the link have to be a YouTube video?

No. Use a relevant destination such as a newsletter, event, product page or helpful resource.

Will every reply include the link?

It should not. Explain the situations where the link is relevant, then review sample replies to check the result.

Does ending a campaign remove old links?

No. It stops the campaign guidance from being used in new replies. Previously posted replies are not automatically changed.
