What can I use today?
You can explore a sample inbox, edit fixed suggested replies, hide sample comments and explore sample plan screens. No real payment or public social action happens in the demo. Accounts with Meta access can also connect a real account and activate a free trial. Broader availability depends on Meta approval.
Do I need to connect Facebook or Instagram?
Not for the sample demo. Accounts with Meta access can use the connected setup separately. The demo never asks for a social password.
Why can’t I see my Page or Instagram account?
For an existing connection, check that you signed in to the correct Meta account, have the required Page access, and selected the intended accounts during authorization. Instagram requires an eligible professional account. Contact us if the issue remains. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
Why was a comment skipped or held?
Reply rules, safety checks, account access and platform limits affect which actions run. Review the status and reason in your workspace before retrying. Skipped does not necessarily mean an error.
How do I reset the sample workspace?
Use Start over in the demo. This resets its sample data, not your real social accounts. This browser can reopen the sample workspace; it is not a verified customer account.
Can I pay or start a connected free trial?
Complete account setup to activate a connected 7-day, 1,000-comment trial, subject to Meta access. Paid subscriptions remain unavailable. The public demo uses simulated checkout and creates no subscription.
