Your voice. Your rules. Your control.

01 / COMMENT MODERATION

Be specific about what should be hidden.

Spam, harassment and an honest complaint are different things. Define the content you want hidden and the situations that need review. Moderation controls are separate from reply automation, so you can choose how each behaves.

02 / COMMENT MODERATION

Check the decision before moving on.

The moderation workspace shows recorded decisions and available actions for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. Review questionable items and restore a hidden comment where supported. A failed action needs attention; it should not be treated as a successful hide.

03 / COMMENT MODERATION

Keep the boundaries visible.

Current custom moderation rules work with text. Image moderation, impersonator detection and user blocking are not available. Hiding and restoring comments depend on the platform, comment type and granted account permissions.

  • Use clear written rules.
  • Review uncertain or sensitive situations.
  • Check account health when actions fail.

Good questions.

What to know before you begin.

Ask us
Will it hide every negative comment?

That should not be the default. Genuine complaints may deserve a response. Use rules that distinguish unwanted content from useful criticism.

Can I undo a hide?

The moderation workflow includes restoring hidden comments where the platform and account permissions support it.

Does moderation cover every platform?

The current hiding and restoring tools are for Facebook and Instagram. Other channels require separate support and permissions.
