Pricing questions.
A clear starting point.
How does the demo work?
Explore a sample workspace with illustrative comments and editable example replies. Actions in the sample workspace do not affect Facebook or Instagram. It does not collect payment.
What counts as a comment?
The connected trial counts each comment once when the app first processes it for a reply or moderation, including imported comments you process. Editing or retrying it does not count again. Facebook and Instagram share one allowance. Manual DMs do not consume it.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Paid subscriptions are not enabled. The free demo collects no payment details, and the connected trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
What happens at the trial limit?
At the limit or expiry, new processing pauses. Existing records remain available to read. There are no automatic overage charges.
Does every comment receive a reply?
No. Your rules, review holds, platform permissions and limits determine which actions can run. Some comments should be left alone or reviewed by a person.
